  3. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary specialists, ensuring that all necessary information and updates are communicated accurately and promptly.
  4. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all administrative tasks, including record-keeping, billing, and data entry.
  5. Utilize excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatment plans, procedures, and medications prescribed by veterinarians.
  6. Display empathy and compassion towards clients and their animals, especially during times of stress or grief.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the veterinary team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital.
  8. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on veterinary procedures and protocols to provide accurate and informed responses to clients.
  9. Uphold the values and standards of the University of Florida's veterinary hospital, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to animal welfare and the highest level of care for all animals, including those in the hospital and those being treated remotely.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: The First Qualification For A Veterinary Specialty Client Service Representative (Care) Job At University Of Florida Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates Basic Education And The Ability To Learn And Follow Instructions.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role: The Ideal Candidate For This Job Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Veterinary Or Healthcare Setting.
