
Veterinary Client Service Representative, Part-Time

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients of the College of Veterinary Medicine.
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Assist clients with filling out necessary paperwork and obtaining necessary information.
- Educate clients on services offered by the College of Veterinary Medicine.
- Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth and efficient client visits.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process client payments and handle financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pet's health and treatment plans.
- Follow up with clients after appointments to ensure their satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: The Veterinary Client Service Representative Must Have A Minimum Education Requirement Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Be Considered For The Role.
Customer Service Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Customer Service Experience, Preferably In A Veterinary Or Medical Setting. This Will Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills To Handle Client Inquiries And Concerns Effectively.
Knowledge Of Veterinary Terminology And Procedures: The University Of Florida Is Looking For Candidates Who Have A Basic Understanding Of Veterinary Medicine And Procedures. This Will Enable Them To Answer Client Questions Accurately And In A Timely Manner.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Role Of A Veterinary Client Service Representative Requires Constant Communication With Clients, Veterinarians, And Other Staff Members. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With All Parties.
