Bachelor's Degree In Veterinary Science Or A Related Field
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Veterinary Clinic Or Animal Care Facility
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Handle Phone Calls In A Professional And Compassionate Manner
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Ability To Quickly Learn And Navigate New Software
Knowledge Of Animal Behavior And Common Medical Conditions To Effectively Assist Pet Owners With Their Inquiries And Concerns.
