  1. Provide high-quality HR support and guidance to employees at all levels within the university.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  4. Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent.
  5. Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for various positions within the university.
  6. Collaborate with department managers to identify employee development needs and provide training and development opportunities.
  7. Ensure compliance with all HR laws, regulations, and university policies.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
  9. Assist with the resolution of employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  11. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  12. Serve as a role model for the university's values and culture.
  13. Collaborate with other HR team members to support the overall goals and objectives of the department.
  14. Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 1-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A University Or Higher Education Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Groups Of People.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Other Relevant Software Programs.
