- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and develop their passion for musical theater.
- Instruct students on the fundamentals of musical theater, including singing, dancing, and acting techniques.
- Provide individualized feedback and coaching to students to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum that meets the standards of the university and the musical theater industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Foster a supportive and professional relationship with students, serving as a mentor and role model.
- Assist with auditions, rehearsals, and performances as needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings and events to contribute to the growth and development of the program.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of teaching and mentoring students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

Extensive Professional Experience In Musical Theater: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Musical Theater, With Experience Working In Professional Productions And A Deep Understanding Of The Industry.
Strong Teaching Skills: A Successful Musical Theater Instructor Should Have Excellent Teaching Skills And Be Able To Effectively Convey Concepts And Techniques To Students Of Varying Skill Levels.
