- Design visually appealing and engaging graphics to promote University of Cincinnati's athletics programs and engage corporate sponsors
- Collaborate with various departments and external partners to understand their design needs and translate them into effective designs
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques to ensure designs are cutting-edge and impactful
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Work closely with the Athletics Corporate Partnerships team to understand their goals and objectives and create designs that align with their strategies
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and guidelines
- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders
- Use feedback and critiques to continuously improve and refine designs
- Manage and maintain design files and assets
- Work within designated timelines and meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with other designers to brainstorm and develop new ideas and concepts
- Assist with development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance and improve the visual presentation of the athletics programs
- Represent the University of Cincinnati's brand and image through high-quality and professional designs.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Graphic Design, Including Experience In The Sports Industry.
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.
Strong Understanding Of Branding And Design Principles.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And Stakeholders.
