The University of Cincinnati's Real Estate Center is seeking a dynamic Executive Staff Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our executive staff members. As the backbone of our center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our daily operations. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you.   1. Provide high-level administrative support to the executive staff members of the Real Estate Center at the University of Cincinnati.
  2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive staff members.
  3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executive staff members.
  4. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and databases.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, and industry professionals.
  6. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for the executive staff members.
  7. Assist with event planning and logistics for conferences, workshops, and other events organized by the Real Estate Center.
  8. Conduct research and gather information to support the development of real estate education and research projects.
  9. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication within the Real Estate Center.
  10. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  11. Proactively identify and address any administrative or operational issues to ensure the efficient functioning of the Real Estate Center.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline administrative processes within the center.
  13. Represent the Real Estate Center in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  14. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry to better support the goals of the center.
  15. Embrace the mission and values of the University of Cincinnati and the Real Estate Center in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In An Executive Assistant Role, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Academic Setting

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, As Well As The Ability To Learn New Systems And Technology Quickly.
