- Develop and implement innovative and impactful immersive and international programs for University of Cincinnati students.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and assess international education opportunities and partnerships.
- Oversee the planning and execution of international trips, study abroad programs, and other immersive initiatives.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Manage program budgets and ensure resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Act as a liaison between University of Cincinnati and international partners, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating communication.
- Promote programs and opportunities to students, faculty, and staff through various marketing and communication channels.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in international education and incorporate them into program development.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, as well as international regulations and guidelines.
- Serve as a resource and advisor for students, faculty, and staff on international education opportunities and resources.
- Collaborate with other university departments to integrate international perspectives into curriculum and programs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in program management and international education.
- Represent the university at international education conferences and events.
- Encourage and facilitate cultural exchange and understanding among students and staff within the university community.
Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As International Education, Higher Education Administration, Or International Relations.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Development And Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Understanding Of International Education Trends And Best Practices, As Well As Knowledge Of Immersive Learning Programs.
Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Promoting Inclusivity In Program Design And Implementation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships With International Partners.
