We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Immersive and International Programs. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of immersive and international programs, providing our students with transformative global experiences.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for immersive and international programs to enhance student learning and global engagement.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to design and execute innovative and impactful international programs.
  3. Oversee the entire lifecycle of immersive and international programs, from conception to execution and evaluation.
  4. Manage program budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
  5. Identify and establish partnerships with international institutions and organizations to expand program opportunities for students.
  6. Lead and supervise a team of program coordinators and support staff to ensure successful program delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with faculty and staff to promote participation in immersive and international programs.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations related to international programs.
  9. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in international education.
  10. Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  11. Develop and deliver orientation and training for students participating in immersive and international programs.
  12. Represent the University of Cincinnati at international education conferences and events.
  13. Promote the university's global initiatives and programs to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Serve as a resource and advisor to students, faculty, and staff on matters related to global citizenship and international education.
  15. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the university's global strategic plan.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. International Education, Higher Education Administration, Etc.)

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Development And Management, Preferably In An International Or Immersive Education Setting

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Immersive And International Education

  • Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team And Collaborating With Diverse Stakeholders

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Promote And Market Programs To Potential Students And Partners.
