Terminal Degree: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Terminal Degree In Their Respective Field, Such As A Doctor Of Medicine (Md), Doctor Of Dental Medicine (Dmd), Or Doctor Of Philosophy (Phd).
Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have A Significant Amount Of Clinical Experience In Their Field, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Apply Their Knowledge In A Practical Setting.
Teaching Experience: A Strong Candidate Should Have Experience Teaching At The University Level, Preferably In A Clinical Or Healthcare-Related Field. This Experience Should Include Developing Course Curriculum, Delivering Lectures, And Mentoring Students.
Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Conducting And Publishing High-Quality Research In Their Field. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Contribute To The University's Research Goals And Enhance The Academic Community.
