  1. Develop and teach courses in Mechanical Engineering at the undergraduate and graduate level.

  4. Participate in departmental and university committees and initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum and program offerings.
  6. Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching and research skills.
  7. Support and contribute to the overall success and growth of the Mechanical Engineering department.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.

  10. Seek and secure external funding for research projects.
  11. Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research projects.
  12. Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
  13. Serve as a role model and leader for students and colleagues.
  14. Collaborate with industry partners to enhance the practical application of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
  15. Uphold the standards and values of the University of Cincinnati.
