  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives of the Photography program.
  2. Teach and facilitate engaging and interactive classes, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  3. Provide timely feedback and evaluations to students to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in photography techniques and technology.
  5. Collaborate with other instructors and department staff to continuously improve the Photography program.
  6. Hold regular office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students.
  7. Encourage and support students in their creative and technical development, helping them to reach their full potential.
  8. Assess and grade student assignments, projects, and exams in a fair and consistent manner.
  9. Actively participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about university policies and procedures.
  10. Serve as a mentor and role model for students, promoting professionalism and ethical standards in the field of photography.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Photography Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience And Expertise In The Field Of Photography, With A Strong Portfolio Of Work.

  • Previous Teaching Experience, Preferably At The Collegiate Level, In Photography Or Related Courses.

  • Knowledge Of Current Trends, Techniques, And Software In Photography.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Instruct Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
