  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Epic Ambulatory software, its capabilities, and potential use cases within the healthcare industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for business processes that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Lead and participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Epic Ambulatory modules, including system configuration, testing, and training.
  4. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues with the Epic Ambulatory software and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth functioning of business operations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in the healthcare industry and apply that knowledge to improve and optimize the use of Epic software.
  6. Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive process improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Epic Ambulatory.
  8. Train and support end-users on the use of Epic Ambulatory and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the software.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration of Epic Ambulatory with other systems and applications.
  10. Participate in project planning and management activities, including identifying project scope, milestones, and deadlines.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Epic Ambulatory and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the functionality and performance of the Epic Ambulatory software to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to the use of Epic Ambulatory.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
  15. Act as a champion for the use of technology to improve patient care and drive innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare It, Specifically In Epic Ambulatory.

  • Epic Ambulatory Certification Or Proficiency In Multiple Epic Modules.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Process Improvement And Optimization.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
