Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Pediatrics

9. Stay current on advancements and best practices in respiratory therapy, incorporating them into practice as appropriate.
10. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care and service to pediatric patients and their families.
11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
