  1. Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the University of Chicago Medicine.
  2. Lead and manage a team of business intelligence analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clinical and administrative leaders, to identify and prioritize business intelligence needs and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to gather, clean, and analyze data in order to generate meaningful and actionable insights.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate complex data in a user-friendly manner.
  6. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations, written reports, and other mediums.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and techniques into the workflow.
  9. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through proper data governance practices.
  10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members and other departments.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Intelligence Or Data Analytics Role.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Sql, Python, And Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power Bi, Etc.).

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Analysts.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
