Job Qualifications
  • State Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Certification As A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) In The State Of Illinois.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position.

  • Clinical Experience: Previous Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred, With A Minimum Of Six Months To One Year Of Experience As A Cna.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
