Directs assigned technologist and clerical staff in the delivery of patient care. Ensures the performance of daily quality control on instrumentation per department protocol. Maintain all records and documentation as required by personnel for DVN Inspections. Ensure radiation protection and safety practices for technologist and others in accordance with prescribed standards. Prepares master work schedule and assigns employees accordingly. Assures job-related inservices for staff personnel are held on a regular basis. Prepares employee performance evaluation based upon objective, measurable documentation within 30 days of required due date.
