
Advanced Pharmacy Technician (Outpatient Mail Order/Specialty/Central Fill Pharmacy) - Full-Time, Days

Previous Experience In Outpatient Mail Order/Specialty/Central Fill Pharmacy: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In An Outpatient Mail Order, Specialty, Or Central Fill Pharmacy Setting. This Experience Will Allow Them To Seamlessly Integrate Into The Existing Team And Contribute To The Efficient Functioning Of The Pharmacy.
Knowledge Of Medication Management Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Software Systems Such As Pyxis, Cerner, And Epic. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Accurately Process And Dispense Medication Orders, As Well As Maintain Accurate Records Of Inventory And Patient Information.
Attention To Detail: As An Advanced Pharmacy Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling A Large Volume Of Medication Orders. It Is Crucial That They Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure The Accuracy And Safety Of All Medication Dispensed To Patients.
