Well-being Program Manager

The University of California, San Diego is seeking an experienced and innovative Well-being Program Manager to join our team and help us to create an exceptional environment for our students. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of initiatives that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our students. We are looking for an individual with strong project management and communication skills and a passion for wellness and education.To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as health promotion, psychology, or social work, and at least five years of experience in health and wellness programming in higher education. You should also have a thorough understanding of the diverse needs of college students and the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate well-being programs.
