  1. Coordinate and manage the staffing needs of the Gastroenterology department.
  2. Communicate with department managers and staff to determine staffing needs and schedule accordingly.
  3. Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date staffing schedule for the department.
  4. Monitor and adjust staffing levels as needed to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  5. Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to fill any staffing gaps and ensure proper onboarding of new staff.
  6. Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, vacation time, and sick leave.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cross-departmental staffing needs.
  8. Assist with the training and orientation of new staff members.
  9. Monitor and track staff performance and attendance.
  10. Identify and address any staffing issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in staffing and scheduling.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and labor laws.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for staff.
  14. Handle any administrative tasks related to staffing and scheduling.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to increase efficiency and quality of care.
  16. Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
  17. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  18. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  19. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
  20. Attend and actively participate in department meetings and trainings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Staffing, Recruiting, Or Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Familiarity With Current Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly In Regards To Healthcare Hiring.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Responsibilities Simultaneously.
