Job Description

The University of California, San Diego is seeking a Senior Cytotechnologist to join our energetic and dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced levels of laboratory testing, analysis, and interpretation of cytological specimens. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about their work and committed to providing excellent patient care.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field, along with a valid ASCP or equivalent certification as a Cytotechnologist. In addition, you should have a minimum of five years of experience working in a laboratory setting. An ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members is key.
