  1. Oversee and manage the administrative and business operations of the university, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support the university's goals and objectives.
  3. Lead and supervise a team of administrative and business staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  4. Manage and allocate resources, including budget and personnel, to meet departmental needs and goals.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate and streamline administrative processes and procedures.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial data and reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all university policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  8. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams.
  9. Plan and organize events and meetings, including logistics, budgeting, and coordination with external partners.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the university and external organizations, fostering positive relationships and representing the university's interests.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on departmental activities, goals, and progress.
  13. Mentor and develop staff, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
  14. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions.
  15. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Managerial Experience: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Senior-Level Management Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing Budgets, Overseeing Staff, And Implementing Strategic Plans.

  • Strong Financial Acumen: As A Sr. Business/Administrative Mgr/Officer, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Budgets And Financial Resources For The University.
