- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions within the organization.
- Manage a team of ServiceNow professionals to ensure efficient and effective use of the platform.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow best practices and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilitate and manage change management processes, including assessing the impact of changes and ensuring proper communication and training.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow, and recommend and implement new features and functionality as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure ServiceNow solutions are meeting business needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues and escalations.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to ServiceNow and change management.
- Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow best practices, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow and change management, providing guidance and expertise to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ServiceNow with other systems and processes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to ServiceNow and change management processes.
- Prepare and present reports and updates on ServiceNow and change management activities to senior leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and tools to support the efficient and effective use of ServiceNow.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security standards in handling sensitive data and information.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow Platform, Including Experience In Change Management.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Frameworks And Best Practices.
Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Team Lead Role, Preferably Within A University Or Large Organization.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Train A Team Of Servicenow Professionals.
