  1. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions within the organization.
  2. Manage a team of ServiceNow professionals to ensure efficient and effective use of the platform.
  3. Develop and maintain ServiceNow best practices and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  4. Facilitate and manage change management processes, including assessing the impact of changes and ensuring proper communication and training.
  5. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow, and recommend and implement new features and functionality as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and service providers.
  8. Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure ServiceNow solutions are meeting business needs and goals.
  9. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues and escalations.
  10. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to ServiceNow and change management.
  11. Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow best practices, processes, and procedures.
  12. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow and change management, providing guidance and expertise to colleagues and stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ServiceNow with other systems and processes.
  15. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to ServiceNow and change management processes.
  16. Prepare and present reports and updates on ServiceNow and change management activities to senior leadership.
  17. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and tools to support the efficient and effective use of ServiceNow.
  18. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  19. Adhere to strict confidentiality and security standards in handling sensitive data and information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow Platform, Including Experience In Change Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Itil Frameworks And Best Practices.

  • Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Team Lead Role, Preferably Within A University Or Large Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Train A Team Of Servicenow Professionals.
