A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting.   1. Conduct financial analysis and budget planning for various research projects and grants.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and researchers to ensure the financial success of their projects.
  3. Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure accuracy and compliance with funding guidelines.
  4. Develop financial forecasts and projections to support decision-making for research initiatives.
  5. Provide regular reports and updates on the financial status of projects to stakeholders.
  6. Ensure adherence to university and funding agency policies and regulations.
  7. Conduct financial risk assessments and propose strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  8. Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and budget justifications.
  9. Monitor and track spending to ensure efficient use of resources and identify areas for cost savings.
  10. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Communicate financial data and analysis to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in research finance.
  13. Mentor and train junior financial analysts on financial analysis techniques and processes.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams to improve financial processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics Or A Related Field.
