  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the infusion services department.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of nurses, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Ensure all nurses are following hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  4. Monitor patient charts and progress, providing feedback and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

  13. Serve as a role model for professional behavior and ethical decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In The State Of California: The First And Foremost Qualification For A Nurse Supervisor - Infusion Services At Uc San Diego Is A Valid And Active Rn License In The State Of California. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Practice As A Registered Nurse.

  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree: Uc San Diego Prefers Candidates With A Bsn Degree, As It Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Clinical Practice.
