Passport Acceptance Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Passport Acceptance Agent to join the Student Affairs team at the University of California, San Diego. This role will play an integral part in helping students apply for or renew their passports. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a commitment to excellent customer service.To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or office setting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. You should also be familiar with passport regulations and procedures. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook is also required. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
