- Oversee and manage the nutrition room service operations at UC San Diego.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of quality and nutritious meals to students.
- Develop and implement nutritionally balanced menus that meet the diverse dietary needs of students.
- Train and supervise a team of food service staff, ensuring they adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Comply with all university policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Food Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Food Service Management, With A Focus On Nutrition And Dietary Needs.
Strong Knowledge Of Nutrition Guidelines And Regulations, Such As Fda And Usda Standards.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Individuals.
Experience In Menu Planning, Recipe Development, And Creating Nutritionally Balanced Meals That Meet The Needs Of A Large Population.
