Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (Such As Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Or Public Health)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Patient Navigation Or Care Coordination Role
Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Resources, Particularly Within The University Of California Healthcare Network
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Support Patients From Diverse Backgrounds
