Job Qualifications

  • Valid Lvn License: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Per Diem Lvn Job At Uc San Diego Is A Valid And Active Lvn License In The State Of California. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Practice As A Licensed Vocational Nurse.

  • Previous Experience: Uc San Diego May Prefer Candidates With Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Particularly In A Per Diem Or Temporary Capacity. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Adapt To Different Work Environments And Handle A Variety Of Patient Cases.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Per Diem Lvn, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals And Communicate Effectively With Patients. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
