  1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the campus community.
  2. Lead and manage a team of security agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
  3. Maintain a strong presence on campus and serve as a visible and approachable point of contact for security concerns.
  4. Monitor and assess potential security risks and take proactive measures to prevent and address them.
  5. Collaborate with campus departments and external agencies to coordinate security efforts and respond to incidents.
  6. Conduct regular security audits and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall safety of the campus.
  7. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to promote a safe and inclusive environment.
  8. Respond to and manage high-stress situations with professionalism and sensitivity.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in security and implement them as necessary.
  10. Foster a culture of safety and security by promoting awareness and providing resources for the campus community.
  11. Act as a role model and uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions and decision-making.
  12. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to security and confidentiality.
  13. Provide timely and accurate reports on security incidents, investigations, and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response And Crisis Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Security Operations, Including Supervisory Or Managerial Roles.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Train A Team.

  • Certification In Relevant Security Training, Such As Certified Protection Professional (Cpp) Or Certified Security Supervisor (Css).
