  1. Greet and welcome students, faculty, and staff in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and requests from students, faculty, and staff.
  3. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere on campus by providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages when necessary.
  5. Respond to emails and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for students, faculty, and staff.
  7. Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained at all times.
  8. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the university's programs, services, and policies to effectively address inquiries and concerns.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information and communication.
  10. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  12. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise and escalate them to the appropriate individuals.
  13. Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on university policies, procedures, and services.
  14. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall experience of students, faculty, and staff at the university.
  15. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
