- Greet and welcome students, faculty, and staff in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and requests from students, faculty, and staff.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere on campus by providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages when necessary.
- Respond to emails and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for students, faculty, and staff.
- Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the university's programs, services, and policies to effectively address inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information and communication.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise and escalate them to the appropriate individuals.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on university policies, procedures, and services.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall experience of students, faculty, and staff at the university.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Front Desk Coordinator Must Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Students, Faculty, And Staff.
