
CT Tech - Per Diem

- Operate and maintain CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images for patients.
- Prepare patients for CT scans and explain the procedure in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Ensure patient safety by following proper protocols and procedures.
- Assess and evaluate images for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of patient information and procedures performed.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and care to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the department manager.
- Adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines.

Possession Of A Valid California Radiologic Technologist (Crt) License Is Required.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Ct Technologist Is Preferred.
Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Computed Tomography (Ct) Is Required.
Knowledge And Experience With Ge And Siemens Ct Equipment Is Preferred.
Must Have Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills, And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
