  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.

  12. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the financial department and across the organization.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to financial operations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  15. Represent the organization in financial matters to external stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and auditors.
