Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer Principal to join the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance in the area of cardiac sonography. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical, clinical, and supervisory experience, with a passion for providing top-notch patient care. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues. The required qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Cardiac Sonography or related field, at least five years of experience in a clinical setting, and registration as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
