We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment for our Executive MBA program.   1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates for the Executive MBA program.
  2. Conduct outreach to potential applicants through various channels, including events, conferences, and online platforms.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as alumni, corporate partners, and other universities, to increase visibility and interest in the program.
  4. Review and evaluate applications to determine eligibility and fit for the program.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
  6. Provide guidance and support to potential applicants throughout the application process, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Executive MBA program, its curriculum, and admission requirements.
  8. Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in admissions and recruitment to continuously improve the program's recruitment efforts.
  9. Represent the university and the Executive MBA program at recruitment events and conferences.
  10. Analyze data and prepare reports on recruitment and admissions metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and distribute promotional materials and campaigns for the program.
  12. Participate in the selection and training of admissions staff and volunteers.
  13. Collaborate with the financial aid office to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial aid applications.
  14. Assist with planning and organizing recruitment events and information sessions.
  15. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all applicants and uphold the university's values of diversity and inclusivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Higher Education, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Admissions And Recruitment, Preferably In A Graduate-Level Program.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Executive Mba Market And Trends In Higher Education.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
