Job Description

The University of California, San Diego is seeking an experienced, passionate Aquarist to join our team at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography. The Aquarist will be responsible for managing the health and well-being of the Institute’s diverse fish and invertebrate populations, while also providing guidance and education to the public. We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in aquatic husbandry and a commitment to environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organization skills, a desire for continuing education, and a passion for marine life.
