  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy for the university, aligning with its overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage all AI-related initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for integrating AI in different areas of the university, such as student learning, research, and operations.
  4. Build and maintain strong partnerships with external organizations and industry leaders to stay updated on the latest AI trends and best practices.
  5. Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate faculty, staff, and students on the potential and applications of AI in higher education.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas where AI can improve processes and operations within the university.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  8. Act as a spokesperson for the university's AI initiatives, representing the institution at conferences, events, and media interviews.
  9. Stay informed of ethical and legal considerations surrounding AI and ensure that all projects and initiatives comply with relevant regulations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the university's AI capabilities, staying ahead of industry developments and proposing innovative ideas for implementation.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Field Of Artificial Intelligence, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Teams.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders Including Faculty, Staff, And Industry Partners.
