
Academic HR Analyst
The University of California, San Diego is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Academic HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. We are a top-tier research university with an international reputation for excellence in academics and research, and our Academic HR Analyst plays a critical role in our HR operations.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of human resources operations and best practices. They will have excellent organizational and time management skills, and they should have a well-developed sense of discretion and confidentiality. They will be a reliable and dependable team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and they will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.To excel in this position, the Academic HR Analyst must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on academic personnel management. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and must be familiar with the principles and practices of academic personnel management and labor relations.
