Responsibilities of a Surgical Technologist Intern: -Assisting with surgical procedures in the operating room -Maintaining a safe and clean environment -Providing support to the surgical team -Ensuring accurate and detailed data collection -Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations -Monitoring patient vital signs and alerting the physician of any changes -Restocking medical supplies and instruments -Prepping and setting up the operating room for procedures -Preparing and handling instruments for procedures -Assisting the surgical team during procedures -Following all safety protocols -Cleaning and sterilizing instruments -Maintaining patient confidentiality -Providing patient education and support as needed
