4. Monitor and document vital signs, pain levels, and other relevant information to ensure patient safety and comfort.
5. Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians.
6. Assist in preparing patients for procedures by providing emotional support and addressing any questions or concerns.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control and safety protocols.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices and advancements in pre-operative care.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience and promoting a patient-centered culture.
