  1. Provide exceptional care and support to patients throughout their stay at University Hospitals of Cleveland Medical Center.
  2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  3. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  5. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols and hospital policies.
  7. Respond to patient needs promptly and compassionately, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  8. Keep accurate and thorough records of patient care activities.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, including patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • Previous Experience: Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working As A Patient Care Nurse Assistant In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Candidates Must Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For Effective Communication With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: Candidates Must Have A Good Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Be Familiar With Common Medical Procedures Performed In A Hospital Setting.
