  1. Serve as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and support teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  2. Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments and teams within the hospital.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with patients and their families.
  4. Monitor and respond to patient and staff inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Assist in resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper utilization of resources and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all interactions and activities.
  8. Provide support to medical staff and other hospital personnel as needed.
  9. Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay informed about hospital operations and procedures.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  12. Display a positive attitude and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  13. Follow all hospital safety protocols and report any potential hazards or incidents.
  14. Attend meetings and provide input on ways to improve patient care and hospital operations.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Operations Or Customer Service.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multiple Departments And Teams.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
