Nursing Assistant Cath Lab

University Hospitals of Cleveland Medical Center is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursing Assistant Cath Lab to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab). You will assist the nursing staff by performing basic patient care activities, such as taking vital signs and providing patient education. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab)

• Take vital signs and provide patient education

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff

• Monitor patient comfort and safety

• Assist with the preparation of patients for procedures

• Maintain accurate records of patient care

• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests

• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment

• Assist with the discharge of patients from the Cath Lab

• Follow all hospital policies and procedures

• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
