Nursing Assistant

1. Provide direct patient care according to established policies and procedures.
2. Monitor and document patient health, treatments, and progress.
3. Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient care procedures.
4. Prepare and maintain patient records.
5. Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as directed by a physician or nurse.
6. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
7. Respond to patient needs and inquiries in a timely and compassionate manner.
8. Follow infection control policies and procedures.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Report any changes in patient condition to the nurse or physician.
