
Medical Equipment Repair Technician
University Hospitals of Cleveland Medical Center is looking for a highly skilled Medical Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. This position requires an individual with a combination of technical and customer service skills, as well as an eagerness to learn and grow with the organization. The Medical Equipment Repair Technician will be responsible for providing timely and cost-effective repair services to ensure optimum performance of medical equipment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of medical device mechanics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.The successful candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree in a related field, such as biomedical engineering or medical device maintenance, or a minimum of two years of experience working in a medical equipment repair and maintenance role. In addition to their technical knowledge and experience, the ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
