Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: The Candidate Should Have Successfully Completed An Accredited Training Program For Medical Assistants, Which Covers Topics Such As Medical Terminology, Anatomy And Physiology, And Clinical Procedures.
Certification As A Medical Assistant: The Candidate Should Hold A Valid Certification As A Medical Assistant From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Using Electronic Medical Records Systems To Input Patient Information, Schedule Appointments, And Manage Patient Records.
