At University Hospitals of Cleveland Medical Center, we are looking for an experienced Data Systems Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to provide critical support to our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our data systems, ensuring their performance and security, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.We are looking for someone who has a strong background in data systems administration, as well as exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of healthcare-specific systems, such as Epic, and experience in related roles, such as database administration or programming. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain the performance and security of data systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  3. Provide technical support to users and other staff.
  4. Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  5. Develop and implement procedures and policies for data systems.
  6. Analyze and optimize system performance.
  7. Research and recommend new technologies and solutions.
  8. Train and coach staff on data systems and best practices.
  9. Maintain documentation of data systems and processes.
  10. Stay up to date on healthcare-specific systems, such as Epic.
