Job Description

The University Hospitals of Cleveland Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Educator to join our team. This individual will play an important role in providing comprehensive educational services to our staff, patients, and families and serve as a resource for clinical expertise and leadership. The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinician with a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in a clinical and educational setting. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and an understanding of the importance of patient safety.We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively. The Clinical Educator will be expected to develop and deliver innovative educational programs, coordinate projects, evaluate outcomes, and develop clinical resources. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver innovative educational programs and initiatives to staff, patients, and families.

  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the respective clinical area and relevant regulations.
  6. Maintain professional relationships with staff, patients, and families.
  7. Manage projects and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  8. Monitor progress and provide feedback on educational initiatives.
  9. Utilize appropriate technologies to support educational efforts.
  10. Participate in professional development activities and initiatives.
