  1. Lead and manage the delivery of cutting-edge HMI technology for embedded platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proactively providing solutions to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Manage project budgets and resource allocations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
  6. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  8. Mentor and support project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with project management processes and standards.
  10. Continuously assess and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HMI technology for embedded platforms.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of the team's long-term goals.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's vision, mission, and values, and ensure they are reflected in all project deliverables.
  15. Uphold high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of project delivery.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Technical Programs: A Senior Technical Programme Manager At Unity Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Complex Technical Programs, Preferably In The Field Of Hmi Embedded Platforms. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hmi Embedded Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hmi Embedded Platforms, Including Hardware And Software Components, Development Tools, And Industry Standards. They Should Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To The Team.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Senior Technical Programme Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Prioritize Tasks Effectively. They Should Have Experience In Using Project Management Tools And Techniques To Track Progress And Manage Risks.
