  1. Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and onboard new partners through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies and initiatives.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with partners in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to management on partnership performance and progress.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships with partners.
  12. Continuously strive to improve partner satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Partnerships With Large Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Game Development Industry, With Knowledge Of Unity's Products And Services.
